What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email and message. From the site's conversational assistant: the above plus your phone number and company name if you provide them, and the full transcript of the conversation. We also record minimal technical request data (IP address) to limit form abuse.
Where it is stored
In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with infrastructure hosted in the United States. A copy is also emailed to our team through the FormSubmit service. By submitting your data you consent to this international transfer.
How we use it
To respond to your request, follow up commercially and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Retention
We keep records for as long as there is a commercial relationship or legitimate interest. The retention policy (deletion or anonymization after a set period) is being defined.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or object to the processing of your data by writing to contacto@atollom.com.

Any change will be published on this page with its update date.
